These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zero Trust website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

Zero Trust provides managed IT services, including but not limited to, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender solutions. Service details are outlined in your service agreement.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service interruptions.

4. Liability
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, Zero Trust is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ notice. In the case of a breach of these terms, Zero Trust reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.

6. Changes to Terms
Zero Trust reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect immediately.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
